Safety measures for your health

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, stricter safety measures are in place for on-site participation. These are intended to ensure the safety and health of all participants and staff to the best possible extent. The safety measures will be continuously adapted to the current situation and the legal requirements during the event.

We ask all participants to read the rules carefully before booking their on-site ticket and travelling to the event, as our staff will consistently monitor and enforce these rules for your safety.

  • Before travelling to the event, please check the current entry and travel regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, Federal state, City and Conference venue in which the event is taking place.
  • Persons showing symptoms of COVID-19 infection will not be allowed to attend the event.
  • The event can be held under the 3G rule (i.e. the participant is either vaccinated, recovered or tested). In this case, please bring official proof and an official identification document.
  • At our events, the obligation to wear medical mouth-nose protection (FFP2 or surgical mask) may be introduced. These must be brought along by the participants themselves.
  • More stringent requirements may apply at the venue for events. Please keep yourself informed about the current corona hygiene regulations and decrees of the respective country, federal state or institution.
  • Due to regulations, the number of participants may be limited on site. Tickets will then be allocated in the order in which bookings are received.
  • The current specifications regarding distances, seating, catering areas, posters and the exhibition will be determined in consultation with the venue at the time of the event.
  • Conference equipment such as microphones and presenters will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
  • Walkways can be specified and marked, minimum distances are to be maintained by yourself. Please refrain from shaking hands.
  • All measures are constantly updated and adapted to current developments and legal requirements. If you have any questions about our safety measures, please do not hesitate to contact us.
